With Gently Off Eye and Lip Makeup Remover, oil and water do mix for twice the impact—just shake. This dual-phase product takes off even the most tenacious waterproof mascara and lip color. The gentle, non-irritating formula includes cucumber extract and damask rose flower water to soothe and refresh skin. You don’t even need to rinse it off afterward.
This product is dermatologist-tested, ophthalmologist-tested, and non-acnegenic.

Suggested Usage:
