Suggested Usage:
-Apply directly under the eyes or over blemishes, and blend with the Precision Concealer Brush 180 or Lil Precision Makeup Sponge Duo 105 (each sold separately).
-Start with a very thin layer, and build as needed—a little goes a long way.
