Suggested Usage:
-You have about 20 seconds before the liner fully sets, so make sure to move quickly if you are building a wing or smoking it out.
-To sharpen, lay a tissue on a flat surface, then drag and twist the pencil to reshape the tip for precision.
-For long-lasting liner on your waterline, first dry your waterline with a cotton swab, then apply.
