Suggested Usage:
-Glide across lash line effortlessly.
-Blend out quickly to achieve a diffused, smoky look or leave as-is for a defined, bold look.
-After using, press cap in place to ensure it is air tight.
-Sharpen liner when needed using sharpener on the end.
