What it is: A long-wear, waterproof, matte-and-metallic-duo pencil to emphasize and amplify your eye color.
What Else You Need to Know: These pigmented matte and metallic shades are infused with emollient oils and natural waxes for easy glide and a gel-like application. Select the shade opposite to your iris’s natural hue to ignite your eyes and make them pop:

Suggested Usage:
-Use the matte shade along the top lash line to create your desired shape.
-Charlotte recommends pulling the outer corners upwards and outwards for a more lifted look.
-Use the metallic side to brighten by placing in the waterline, along the bottom lash line and inner corners.
