Suggested Usage:
-Color using the highlighter/primer base over the entire lid.
-Draw along the crease with a deeper shade. Smudge to soften with fingers, a sponge, or a brush.
-Draw a line on the upper, lower or inner eye with the darker color. Smudge to soften look.
