Suggested Usage:
-Line: Line the eye to the outer corner, but don’t stress if it’s not perfectly symmetrical.
-Blend: Flip the pencil and use the brush to blend and soften the liner up and out a bit.
-Define: For further definition, apply one more layer along the lash line.
