Suggested Usage:
-Start with a blank canvas. Use an eyeshadow primer for maximum color payoff.
-Apply matte eyeshadows with a fluffy brush. Start with a small amount and gradually build up color for a smooth and blended effect.
-Apply metallic eyeshadows with a synthetic brush. Apply with a damp brush or fingertips for a foil effect.
