Fragrance Description: Inspired by the old-world bay rum first used by sailors traveling through the Caribbean and later popularized in barbershops, this dark rum candle is a refreshing reinvention of a traditionally dark and spicy aroma. Sweetened with ripe plum and crisp bergamot, notes of leather, rum, and creamy milk are blended into an intoxicating mix that adapts perfectly to its wearer. Both alluringly warm and fresh, this scent captures the essence of long days spent in the tropical sun and late nights with friends. With every burn, the Dark Rum Candle leaves a deep and indelible longing for all those places we’ve been—as well as those we’ve yet to visit.
About the Candle: Inspired by traditional apothecary ingredients, the Dark Rum Candle is formulated with 16 percent perfume oil and a vegetable wax blend for a long-lasting scent and a clean, slow burn. It is hand poured in Brooklyn and is vegan and cruelty-free.
The candle provides 60 hours of burn time.
Suggested Usage:
-Trim the wick to a quarter inch (0.6 cm) prior to each lighting.
-Place on a heat-resistant, non-flammable surface.
-Keep away from drafts and walls.
-Burn at least two to three hours for the first use, then no more than three hours at a time.
-Discontinue use when a half inch (1.3 cm) of wax remains.
-Never leave the candle unattended—burn within sight.
-Keep away from flammable items.
-Keep out of reach of children and pets.
