What it is: A vegan liquid eye primer that’s invisible on everyone, designed to unlock the true color of any shadow, in a small-but-mighty bottle with more than 200 uses.

What Else You Need to Know: Unlike cream eyeshadow primers which muddy the color and aren`t universal, this concentrated elixir contains only essential ingredients, so it`s not weighed down by binders or fillers, and is free of silicone, alcohol and talc. 1 drop is all you need to prime both eyes. Best for normal to dry lids.
Clinical Results: In a consumer study on 32 volunteers over 12 hours:

Suggested Usage:
-Shake well to fully mix. Remove cap.
-Press button on bottom of bottle to dispense one drop on fingertip.
-Massage fingers together and apply on each lid—just one drop is enough for both eyes.
