-Magnesium Chelate Blend (Gluconate, Acetyl Taurinate and Citrate): Formulated with three highly bioavailable chelated forms to create a time-release effect. The magnesium gluconate and acetyl taurinate supports relaxation and brain health. Magnesium citrate supports healthy morning movements. This blend does not include magnesium stearate, a flow agent that negatively affects bioavailability.
-L-theanine: The highest-grade L-theanine promotes alpha wave activity in the brain. Alpha waves are present in meditation and flow state. This amino acid has both long- and short-term benefits.
