What Else You Need to Know: This bi-phase Eye and Lip Makeup Remover is infused with purifying French water lily. It visibly eliminates even the most stubborn mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, eyebrow pencil, concealer, lipstick, and other makeup without tugging while delivering skincare action to soothe and hydrate the skin. Suggested Usage:
-Shake the bottle of Eye and Lip Makeup Remover before use.
-Soak a cotton pad with the makeup remover and glide over eyelids and the eye contour.
-Soak the cotton pad again, then gently press it on your lashes for a few seconds and carefully swipe to remove makeup.
-Use another cotton pad to remove lip makeup.
