Suggested Usage:
Renewing Body + Hand Wash:
For body:
-Run a warm bath or shower, taking deep breaths in and out as you allow the water to warm your skin.
-Place one to two pumps of the Renewing Body + Hand Wash into the palm of your hand or a dampened washcloth, and gently massage onto your body in a circular motion.
-Allow the revitalizing scent of sage and oat milk to ground you in the present moment as the rich lather envelops your body.
-Rinse with warm water and gently pat your skin dry with a towel.

For hands:
-Place one pump into wet hands and work into a rich lather for 20 seconds or more, allowing the revitalizing scent of sage and oat milk to ground you in the present moment.
-Rinse off hand wash with warm water and gently pat your skin dry with a towel.

Sacred Body Oil:
-While skin is still damp from bathing, place three drops of the Sacred Body Oil into the palm of your hand.
-After rubbing hands together to warm the oil, gently massage onto skin in sweeping upward motions that envelop your body in a lightweight and comforting veil of moisture.
-Give special care to areas that need extra love and hydration, like elbows, heels, and knees.
-Can be used morning and night.

Rich Nourishing Body Cream:
-While skin is still damp from bathing and/or applying the Sacred Body Oil, warm a small amount of the Rich Nourishing Body Cream in your hands and gently massage onto skin in sweeping upward motions that energize the heart and mind while infusing your arms, legs, and torso with rich, soothing moisture.
-Can be used morning and night.
